Full-time students take minimum 12 credit in 1 semester.
Part-time students take maximum 9 credit per semester.
Registration with the university is mandatory to commence coursework.
Full-time to Part-time conversion is possible at the beginning of the semester. Student must apply following the appropriate BPGS rule by the deadline.
Your supervisor needs to send a MSc Examination Schedule Form to Controller of Examination (CoE) to schedule defense. (Proof of Pre-defence Seminar and CASR meeting resolution needs to be attached.)
CoE will issue Letter to all examiners.
At least 1 week before the exam, you need to give draft thesis copy to your exam committee (spiral-bound or clip bound) in appropriate Thesis Template
Conduct your Thesis Defence in front of the approved BoE at the scheduled date and venue.
11. 📦 Final Thesis Binding & Submission
After satisfactory defense, get signature from the Board of Examiner on Page ii of your thesis. (For external examiners and internal examiners who might travel, collect signature on the day of the defense on printed signature sheet.)
Print thesis single sided, on 80gm A4 paper single-sided, with Color Laser Printer.
Bing the thesis books in Black faux leather cover, and make sure gold letters are printed in top page and the side spine of the book.
Prepare at least 4 copies of the thesis:

Supervisor's Copy
Faculty Library Copy
Central Library Copy
You must submit the final, corrected thesis copies to the following office and get their acknowledgement slips to process result:

12. 📢 Result Publication & Certificates
Publication of Result :
Collect the following documents:
Result publication form from CoE
Grade Tabulation verification form CoE
CASR Resolution from Supervisor
Invitation Letter for Examiners from Supervisor
Thesis acknowledgement form from Faculty Library
Thesis acknowledgement form from Central Library
Get signature from the Postgraduate tabulator, your supervisor and head of the department and it will be sent to CoE
Tabulator and your supervisor must also initiate result publication in BIIS online.
CoE publishes result and you are declared eligible for receiving degree
