The 5th International Conference on Telecommunication and Photonics (ICTP 2023) concluded with a grand closing ceremony at the Four Seasons Restaurant in Dhanmondi, Dhaka, on June 9, 2024. The event marked the end of a highly successful conference that brought together leading minds in the fields of telecommunication and photonics for three days of insightful discussions, presentations, and networking opportunities.

Dr. Satya Prasad Majumder, Vice Chancellor of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), honored the closing dinner as the Chief Guest. Also in attendance were Dr. Md. Shafiqul, Dean of the Faculty of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE), and Dr. A. B. M. Harun-Ur-Rashid, Head of the Department of EEE. Members of the organizing and technical committees, along with numerous distinguished delegates and participants, celebrated the achievements and collaborations fostered during the conference.

The closing dinner provided a perfect opportunity for attendees to reflect on the conference's accomplishments, share experiences, and discuss future collaborations. The event concluded with a vote of thanks from the organizing committee, marking the end of a memorable and impactful ICTP 2023.
