5th IEEE International Conference on Telecommunications and Photonics (ICTP) 2023
The 5th IEEE International Conference on Telecommunications and Photonics (ICTP) 2023 is the specialized conference on Communication Engineering and Photonics in Bangladesh which will be organized by IEEE ComSoc Bangladesh Chapter with technical co-sponsorship from Optica Bangladesh Section (formerly OSA Bangladesh Section) and IEEE Photonics Society Bangladesh Chapter. The Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) will provide support and assistance in organizing this conference. IEEE ICTP 2023 will bring together individuals from academia, research organizations, and industry worldwide to discuss and share ideas, and to present their latest findings, innovations, and experiences in the areas of Telecommunication Engineering and Photonics. Prospective authors are invited to submit original technical papers for presentation at the conference. The technical program will be held on December 21-23, 2023 in hybrid mode. Only the accepted and presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements. Conference Record Number: 60248
SCOPE
IEEE ICTP 2023 invites papers that describe impactful and original research from all areas of Telecommunications and Photonics.

PAPER SUBMISSION
Papers (camera-ready full paper in PDF format not exceeding 4 pages of A4 size paper) prepared in the prescribed format are to be submitted online through the conference website. The paper templates are available on the conference website. Papers will be accepted based on the double-blind peer-review process.
