 Job Responsibilities of EEE - MTO

  1. Plan, organize, control & improve the activity and productivity of service department in order to provide the best support activities.

  2. Assure and control the balance between available capacity and support services planning and workloads.

  3. Plan and monitor day-to-day work and ensure quality service to other’s department.

  4. Make sure product problem identified, solved reliably and perform consistently.

  5. Prepare monthly reports of electrical related works and submit to Service Manager and Performance Manager.

  6. Implement Safety in workplaces, managing projects using engineering principles and techniques.

  7. Manage, communicate & motivate staff in order to achieve maximum performance, team development and people satisfaction.

  8. Ensure pro-active schedule services, quality of work, cost control, continual improvement and timely bills submission including keeping of documents and records.

  9. Assist line Manager to establish new market for service business, maintain product and company reputation by complying company policy.

  10. Attend to customer complaint at the fasted possible time for any kind of jobs.

  11. Warranty cost control and drive it down, decrease OPEX.

  12. Retain customer satisfaction through regular communication and prompt service.

  13. Arrange and facilitate technical training sessions for sub ordinates.

  14. Keep operational expenses of services within the approved limit.

Employment Status

  • -  Management Trainee Officer (2 years)

  • -  After successful completion of MTO program and based on performance assessment,

    candidate will be promoted to Assistant Manager.

    Salary Structure:

    Monthly 40k - 50k (based on competencies) + Others facilities as par company policy.

    Educational Requirements:

    The incumbent preferably should have EEE Degree with very good CGPA from Top Engineering University.

    Job Location: Shahaji Bazaar, Habiganj Industrial Park, Habiganj, Sylhet.

    Age: Not more than 28

    Functional Skills:

    The job holder requires demonstrating strong Analytical Ability, Planning, Presentation Skill, Negotiation Skill, Advance Computer Skills, ability to work under stress and team player mentality.
