Md. Farhad Hossain received his PhD from the School of Electrical and Information Engineering of the University of Sydney, Australia, in 2014. He completed his BSc and MSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), Dhaka, Bangladesh in 2003 and 2005 respectively. Currently, he is a Professor in the same department. His research interest includes mobile cellular networks, IoT and M2M communications, underwater communications, smart grid communications, wireless sensor networks and satellite communications. He has been serving as TPC member, and reviewer in many reputed international journals and conferences.
