Lutfa Akter received PhD degree in
Electrical Engineering from Kansas State University, United States of America
(USA) in 2010. She received her BSc and MSc Engineering degrees both on
Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) from Bangladesh University of
Engineering and Technology (BUET) in 2002 and 2004, respectively. She joined
the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) of Bangladesh
University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) in 2002 as a lecturer and is
currently a Professor in the same department. Her current research interests
are on resource allocation on cognitive radio networks/wireless sensor
networks, wireless sensor deployment, antennas and propagation, localization of
wireless video capsule endoscope etc.
